Perfect stay, we were there for 4 days. Hip new hotel in a beautiful area next to the beach, Playa Mamitas off Ave Quinta and all the bars and restaurants. The staff was fabulous and accommodating, everything was nice. They gave us a deluxe king room with nice toiletries and great design, for example. Amazing dishes, central location.

Food and rooms were a plus and I loved it. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. There also was free parking and great pool.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Lovely staff, central location and well-designed room. Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar. Plus their wifi was good.

Efficient hotel, ideal location, helpful staff. Big size suite and amazing bed. Pool bar was there.

We had a really enjoyable 6 nights stay. Staff was gorgeous, and rooms were convenient. Freshly prepared breakfast, outstanding service. Loved climate control, flat-screen television and a mini fridge bar in the room. And it had absolutely superb views and comfy bed.

Picture perfect hotel was impeccably clean, the location was peaceful. Plenty of savoury food at breakfast time. And it also had superb view. It was good to have complimentary drinks in the sushi bar.

Though everything was wonderful, some of the staff were quite busy.

Spend our time here greatly. Our junior suite accommodated us perfectly. Everybody was really amazing. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like kaan kab mayan cuisine that was only 5 minutes' walk away...

100 feet away there is Ah Cacao Chocolate Cafe. The location of hotel was great. Accommodating staff on reception and elsewhere;))
